The Seller must formally confirm their intention to proceed with the transaction. This confirmation should be accompanied by a thorough verification of all relevant details, including but not limited to product or service evaluations, pricing, terms, and any other pertinent information related to the transaction. Depending on the nature of the transaction, a due diligence (DD) period may follow. During this time, the seller will undergo a comprehensive review and evaluation by our dedicated due diligence team to ensure all facts and figures are accurate and meet required standards. Upon DD completion, we will exchange CIS/KYC documents and follow other formalities.
